Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of RhythmicFlow ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.
1. The app is provided "as is"
RhythmicFlow is a breathing and meditation tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment. If you have a respiratory, cardiac, or other medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new breathing practice. Do not use the app while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery.
2. Your account
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You must provide accurate contact information.
- You must not impersonate anyone or attempt to access another user's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, spam other users, or abuse the admin preset-edit feature.
3. Your content
You own the custom rhythms, uploaded images, uploaded audio, and any other content you create or upload to the app ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display it back to you on your own device. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
If you are an admin user, publishing a rhythm as a shared preset makes that rhythm visible to every user. You can revoke that sharing at any time from the rhythm options screen.
4. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses.
- Upload malicious files, illegal content, or copyrighted material you don't have the rights to share.
- Use the app to harass, threaten, or target any person or group.
- Abuse the registration or OTP flow to send spam.
5. Premium subscriptions
Premium is managed by Google Play. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google per their Play Store terms. We don't process payments directly.
- Monthly and Yearly plans auto-renew until you cancel from the Play Store.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
- Refunds follow Google Play's standard refund policy. Contact us and we'll help escalate if Play's automated flow doesn't resolve your issue.
If you are already a Premium member and you uninstall + reinstall, tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen and your entitlement will be reconciled from Google Play.
6. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SATYAM TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
